DER GRÜNDER
Trotz eines abgeschlossenen Jura-Studiums an der Erasmus-Universität Rotterdam schlug Stefan einen anderen Weg ein: Er startete seine Karriere als Drehbuchautor für niederländische Fernsehserien, darunter Seifenopern und Krimis. Vor 20 Jahren gründete er Elfia, heute eines der erfolgreichsten öffentlichen Fantasy-Events in Westeuropa.
2014 wagte er den Schritt in die Kakaoindustrie und investierte in Kamkav Farm, Kambodschas erstes Kakao-Unternehmen. Kamkav betreibt nicht nur Plantagen, sondern auch eine Fermentations- und Trocknungsstation, die über 60 Khmer- und indigene Kakaobauern unterstützt.
Expanding his vision further, Stefan established a cacao distribution hub and a boutique chocolate confectionery in Malaysia under the brand Drach-oc. Drach-oc specializes in crafting high-quality vegan chocolate using Cambodian cacao, blending bold flavors with a commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability.
With his work spanning entertainment, events, and sustainable chocolate production, Stefan continues to shape industries with creativity, innovation, and a deep respect for tradition.

Mit seiner Vision für hochwertigen, nachhaltig produzierten Kakao gründete Stefan später in Malaysia Drach-Oc Chocolate, eine Manufaktur für hochwertige vegane Schokolade aus kambodschanischem Kakao. Hier vereint sich kühner Geschmack mit ethischer Beschaffung und nachhaltiger Produktion.
👋 From Chef to Europe Sales Lead
From whisking pastries to whipping up bold ideas, Kevin has always followed his sweet tooth. After many years as a chef specializing in pastries and desserts, and a lifelong love affair with chocolate, he hung up his apron to take on a new challenge.
In 2025, Kevin joined the team of Drach-oc as Head of Sales for Europe, bringing his culinary background and passion for conscious, future-friendly food. He follows his firm believe in our mission: creating delicious, animal-free products that are kinder to the planet, better for the environment, and supportive of fair-trade cacao farmers in Cambodia.
Today, instead of crafting desserts, He help craft possibilities, working to bring ethical, sustainable chocolate to people who care about flavor and the world behind it.
