Since vegan chocolate doesn't contain dairy, it tends to stay stable at room temperature longer than regular milk chocolate. Our Drach-Oc vegan chocolate has a one-year shelf life, but honestly—who’s waiting that long to eat it?
The best way? Check the ingredients list! If you see dairy, milk powder, cream, or any other animal by-products—sorry, not vegan. Also, be on the lookout for hidden non-vegan ingredients like whey, casein, or certain flavorings. When in doubt, look for a "vegan" label on the packaging!
