Placing an Order

Ordering your favorite Drach-Oc chocolate is simple and hassle-free! Just browse our selection, add your chosen flavors to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll get to work packing it with care and preparing it for shipment.

Account Registration

You can choose to register an account to save your details for future checkouts or continue as a guest.

If you create an account, logging in will take you to the ‘My Account’ section, where you can view your order history, update personal details, track orders & set your communication preferences.

Shipping Country

We currently ship within Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Malaysia & Singapore. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, stay tuned—we’re working on expanding!

Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days for products that are available.

Pre-order item

We provide an estimated availability date for out-of-stock products on the product page. If you order an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, we will ship the available product first and send the pre-order item separately once it arrives—at no extra cost.

Germany, Netherlands & Austria: 2-4 business days 

Malaysia
West Malaysia: 2 - 4 business days
East Malaysia: 2 - 7 business days

Singapore: 2 - 7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and total order amount. Enjoy free shipping on orders of RM70.00 or more within Malaysia and on orders over €30.00 within Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria!

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Keep an eye on your inbox to follow your chocolate’s journey to your doorstep. 

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within 30 minutes, you can also log in to your online account to check your order status or you may contact us here. 

If you need the tracking link of the courier, we will send it to you upon request. You may contact us here. 

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@drach-oc.com, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your chocolate! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we can’t accept returns on perishable goods, we’ll do our best to make it right.

For manga books, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong product. To request a return, contact us within 7 days with proof of the issue. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we review your claim.
