Despite earning a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Stefan chose a different path, beginning his career as a scriptwriter for Dutch television, working on soap operas and detective series.

Twenty years ago, he founded Elfia, now one of Western Europe's most successful public event companies. In 2014, he took a bold step into the cacao industry by investing in Kamkav Farm, Cambodia’s first-ever cacao farming company. Kamkav not only cultivates cacao but also operates a fermentation and drying station that supports over 60 Khmer and indigenous cacao farmers.

From whisking pastries to whipping up bold ideas, Kevin has always followed his sweet tooth. After many years as a chef specializing in pastries and desserts, and a lifelong love affair with chocolate, he hung up his apron to take on a new challenge.

In 2025, Kevin joined the team of Drach-oc as Head of Sales for Europe, bringing his culinary background and passion for conscious, future-friendly food. He follows his firm believe in our mission: creating delicious, animal-free products that are kinder to the planet, better for the environment, and supportive of fair-trade cacao farmers in Cambodia.

Today, instead of crafting desserts, He help craft possibilities, working to bring ethical, sustainable chocolate to people who care about flavor and the world behind it.
