Drach-Oc is an online store selling chocolate, cacao and manga products. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.

2. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.

• Prices are listed in Euro (€) for Germany, Netherlands & Austria, Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysia, Singapore Dollar (SGD) for Singapore and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Paypal & Payex. We do not store credit card information.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Malaysia & Singapore. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate & cacao products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days at hello@drach-oc.com with a photo of the issue. Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion.

• For manga books, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong product. To request a return, contact us within 7 days with proof of the issue. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we review your claim.

5. Product Information

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information are accurate. However, there may be minor variations.

• Our chocolate products may contain traces of nuts. If you have allergies, please review product labels carefully.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Drach-Oc and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Drach-Oc is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health-related issues arising from chocolate and cacao product consumption.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, they will be handled in the courts of Netherlands.
